Delivery Options

We offer three convenient options to receive your order:

Click and Collect (Free)

• Order online and collect from our Chelmsford store
• Ready for collection within 10 minutes during store opening hours

• Opening hours: Monday-Friday 8:30am-6pm, Saturday 9:30am-6pm, Sunday Closed
• You'll receive an email notification when your order is ready to collect
• Valid photo ID required for age verification (18+)

Local Same-Day Delivery (Chelmsford and Surrounding Areas)

• Order online by 1pm for same-day local delivery
• Delivery areas: Chelmsford and surrounding areas
• Delivered same day Monday-Saturday
• Valid photo ID required for age verification upon delivery

UK Standard Delivery

• Delivery within 2-3 working days
• Available to all UK mainland addresses
• Orders dispatched within 1-2 working days Monday-Friday

Age Verification Requirement

All orders containing vaping products require age verification. You must be 18 years or older to receive your order.

For Click and Collect: Valid photo ID (driving licence, passport, or PASS card) must be shown when collecting your order.

For Local Deliveries: Valid photo ID (driving licence, passport, or PASS card) must be shown to our delivery driver upon delivery. If age cannot be verified, your order will not be handed over.

For UK Standard Delivery: Our couriers may request valid photo ID to verify your age. If age cannot be verified at the time of delivery, your order will be returned to us and you will be responsible for return shipping costs.

Processing Time

• Click and Collect orders: Ready within 10 minutes during store opening hours
• Delivery orders: Dispatched within 1-2 working days (Monday-Friday)
• Orders placed on weekends or bank holidays will be processed on the next working day

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email confirmation with tracking information so you can monitor your delivery progress.

We currently deliver to UK mainland addresses only. We do not ship to:

• PO boxes or BFPO addresses
• Addresses outside the UK mainland
